I started Wildflowers Counseling to share my wide coaching skillset from my time as a manager and group leader. To toot my own horn, almost all of my senior direct reports over the years have told me that I am the best manager* they ever worked for. This is because I'm really good at building trust. And listening: I love hearing the long version of someone's story, and figuring out where someone will thrive within an organization. I've had many good coaches to learn from through the years as well. My goal is to share that management and coaching experience with you to help grow or shift your career.

Pricing
I care deeply about transparency, which is why I share base-level pricing on my website. If cost is a deterrent, let's chat about it. I offer sliding scale options.
6 month Coaching Package (Recommended): $700
This is my recommendation for clients looking for meaningful change in their careers. It offers enough time for deeper insights to emerge and establish sustainable change.
It includes:
- Monthly coaching sessions: 6 total sessions, meeting for 45-60 minutes
- A dedicated goal achievement plan to ground our work
- Tailored tools, practices and resources aligned with your goals
- Ongoing email support, for questions, reflections, or anything that comes up between sessions
3 month Intensive Coaching Package: $600
This is for clients who already have a specific career goal in mind. Our focus will be on assessment and execution of the goal.
It includes:
- Twice monthly coaching sessions: 6 total sessions, meeting for 45-60 minutes
- Tailored tools, practices and resources aligned with your goals
- Ongoing email support, for questions, reflections, or anything that comes up between sessions
One-off sessions
For clients I’ve worked with before, I offer continuation or one-off sessions ($100/hour) as a way to reconnect, check in or work through a specific moment or decision.
For former direct reports, I will always be on your team, free of charge. I'd love to reconnect or talk through something with you.
